Sim Card issues on Andriod phones

This article helps solve SIM card not detected or cannot be read error on your andriod phones.

These steps helps you troubleshoot issues related to the above.

Perform a soft reset.
Turn your phone off.
Remove the battery. After 10 seconds, reinsert the battery.
Turn your phone back on.

Remove the SIM card, clean the SIM slot and reinsert the SIM card.
Turn your phone off.
Remove the battery.
Remove the SIM card.
Clean the SIM card slot and SIM card of any loose debris or dirt using a soft lint free cloth or compressed air.
Reinsert the SIM card.
Reinsert the battery.
Turn your phone back on.

Perform a master reset.

A master reset will result in the loss of all data stored on the device including 3rd party applications.

This type of reset should only be used as a last resort after all other troubleshooting steps have been exhausted. It is highly recommended that you complete a backup of the device information before proceeding with the steps in this tutorial.
From the home screen tap Apps.
Scroll to and tap Settings.
Scroll to and tap Backup and reset.
Tap Factory data reset.
The phone will reset and restart.
